Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for PeopleSoft and Aurion applications, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and system maintenance.

- Provide basic technical support (e.g. Password and User set-up etc.).
- Implement and maintain security protocols, access controls, and compliance with organisational policies and regulations.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Work closely with IT, HR, and other stakeholders to understand business needs.

Requirements
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in supporting and maintaining Payroll applications, with a focus on HR and Financial modules.
- Basic understanding of payroll cycles, tax deductions, and benefits administration
- Demonstrated ability or the ability to acquire skills and experience in HR and Payroll systems technical configuration.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
