Responsibilities
- Serve as the global head of Global Risk Services (GRS)
- Partner closely with the Asset Servicing platform and technology organizations to drive platform modernization and transformation
- Lead strategic engagement with key vendors and third-party partners
- Drive complex client engagements, including participation in client pitches and leadership of large-scale technology and data migrations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with preference for experience in financial services, asset servicing, or risk management
- 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, risk services, asset servicing, or a closely related domain
- Proven experience defining and executing global product or service strategies within a complex, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformations, including platform migrations, operating model change, and integration of strategic vendor solutions
- Significant people leadership experience, including building and leading global teams, setting strategic direction, and fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture
