About the role

Responsibilities

- Adapt content for ever-changing audiences through diverse storytelling methods.
- Bring ideas to life on the small screen with a thorough understanding of production-level tasks.
- Collaborate within a small creative team to deliver visually intriguing content.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio/showreel showing both shooting + editing, including social-first work and at least some higher-production-value content.
- Solid experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects (plus any extra tools you feel will elevate the work you deliver).
- Confident with cameras, lenses, lighting and audio (and making smart trade-offs when moving quickly).
- Strong post craft: colour, sound, motion graphics, and a clear eye for pacing, story and detail.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and guiding non-actors on camera.
