Responsibilities
As an Audit Assistant (m/f/d), you will work on a variety of engagements in the field of financial auditing and interact directly with clients from different industries and company sizes.
You will join a team of around 150 colleagues that has grown over many years while retaining a close-knit, family-like atmosphere.
You will be given early responsibility, develop professionally, and work closely with experienced colleagues in tax advisory and auditing.
Assist in auditing annual and consolidated financial statements.
Support due diligence reviews and company valuations.
Prepare audit reports and documentation.
Handle special business administration topics and tax-related issues.
Contribute to the improvement of audit processes and digital solutions.

Requirements
Completed degree in economics or business administration (Bachelor or Master), ideally with a focus on auditing, accounting or taxation
Initial practical experience in the field of tax (e.g., through internships or working-student positions) is desirable but not mandatory
Structured, independent working style and willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
Strong communication skills, reliability and good interpersonal sensitivity—whether within the team or in client contact
DATEV knowledge is desirable but not a mandatory requirement
