About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the acceleration of BioNTech's clinical trials by contributing medical expertise and strategic insights.
  • Advance scientific knowledge by collaborating on publications and communicating data effectively.
  • Educate healthcare professionals through clear dissemination of scientific information.
  • Identify impactful medical insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to transform cancer care through innovative approaches in immuno-oncology.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare industries or equivalent academic experience with proven results.
  • Strong understanding of drug development processes, including experience with Phase 1–3 trials.
  • Minimum 3 years in global medical affairs strategic planning and execution.
  • Expertise in business planning, leadership principles, and cross-functional team management.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
  • High integrity, adaptability, and ability to thrive amidst shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in creating actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
