Responsibilities
- Support the CMO, Marketing Manager, Content Lead, and Digital Lead with marketing project coordination and execution.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows for multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
- Lead select marketing projects independently as assigned.
- Set agendas and compile action items for weekly marketing status meetings.
- Maintain and improve the marketing department filing and organization system.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for trade shows and industry events.
- Support event execution including materials, booth logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Lead logistics for the annual Saddle Up customer event in collaboration with the conference coordinator.
- Manage ordering, organization, and tracking of marketing materials and literature.
- Oversee swag and promotional items, including ordering and inventory tracking.
- Ensure materials are available and prepared for events and campaigns.
- Support the development of internal BinSentry marketing communications.
- Serve as the primary contact with Kahntact, BinSentry’s marketing agency.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure projects stay on track.
- Maintain and update the BinSentry website as required.
- Coordinate updates with the digital marketing lead and external partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience (5 years preferred)
- Experience in marketing, communications, or project management
- Marketing or project management training considered an asset.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree (college or university) required.
- Experience working with project management tools or systems such as Monday.com, ProWorkflow, Wrike, or similar platforms is considered an asset.
