Responsibilities
Support the CMO, Marketing Manager, Content Lead, and Digital Lead with marketing project coordination and execution.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows for multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
Lead select marketing projects independently as assigned.
Set agendas and compile action items for weekly marketing status meetings.
Maintain and improve the marketing department filing and organization system.
Plan and coordinate logistics for trade shows and industry events.
Support event execution including materials, booth logistics, and vendor coordination.
Lead logistics for the annual Saddle Up customer event in collaboration with the conference coordinator.
Manage ordering, organization, and tracking of marketing materials and literature.
Oversee swag and promotional items, including ordering and inventory tracking.
Ensure materials are available and prepared for events and campaigns.
Support the development of internal BinSentry marketing communications.
Serve as the primary contact with Kahntact, BinSentry’s marketing agency.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure projects stay on track.
Maintain and update the BinSentry website as required.
Coordinate updates with the digital marketing lead and external partners.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience (5 years preferred)
Experience in marketing, communications, or project management
Marketing or project management training considered an asset.
Post-secondary diploma or degree (college or university) required.
Experience working with project management tools or systems such as Monday.com, ProWorkflow, Wrike, or similar platforms is considered an asset.
