Responsibilities
- Support to the President and expatriates: management of contracts, processes for obtaining and renewing legal documentation, and support on tax-related matters
- Executive Secretariat: calendar management, support for strategic requests and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilities management: oversight of service provider contracts, scheduling and follow-up of building maintenance, procurement and replenishment of office supplies, pantry and cleaning materials
- Organization of events and internal meetings, as well as assistance to foreign executives
- Budget control for the administrative department
- IT onboarding and support: management of work equipment, creation of logins, and access to websites and corporate accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Executive Secretariat, International Relations, Accounting or related fields
- Fluent Japanese (N2 or N1)
- Intermediate English
- Previous experience with administrative routines, executive secretariat or facilities
- Valid CNH-B driver's license (Category B)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
