- Support change management efforts related to project deliverables and organizational impacts.
- Serve as the initial escalation point for assigned programs/projects and ensure mitigation strategies are executed effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the project portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with Development Managers, Relationship Management, Finance, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters to ensure consistent communication and results across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing complex projects in a professional setting with experience in the finance or technology industries preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects using structured methodologies
- Proven communication for coordinating diverse teams and ensuring alignment
- Organizational skills to balance multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Proactive problem-solving to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Proficiency with PM software and financial acumen to support budget tracking preferred
- Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
