About the role

Responsibilities
- Facilitate interactive training sessions across a range of topics, including onboarding, safety, compliance, and job-specific skills.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and learning leaders to co-develop or adapt training content.
- Support preparation of training materials, participant communications, and session logistics.
- Help populate and update content within the LMS as needed, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
- Monitor participant engagement and feedback to recommend content or delivery improvements.
- Serve as a learning ambassador, reinforcing ENFRA’s commitment to employee growth and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication or related field required or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
- 3+ years of progressive experience facilitating and coordinating employee training in business and operational settings.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to engage a variety of learner types.
- Experience using virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams) and LMS platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
