- You are responsible for developing intuitive digital products with a strong user focus, from concept to implementation.
- You support the application of modern innovation and product development methods such as Design Thinking, Design Sprints, and ideation processes.
- You analyze customer needs, the market and competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and technology trends.
- You develop product visions, value propositions, hypotheses, and commercial business models and oversee their implementation.
Requirements
- You have experience in digital product management.
- You have a solid technical background and a good understanding of digital technologies and analytics tools.
- You are familiar with agile working methods and processes as well as digital product management.
- You have project experience with Product Owner processes.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the energy industry, ideally in B2C sales, marketing, or energy services, is an advantage.
- Excellent German (min. C2) and English skills.
