About the role
- Teamlead managing a five-member Customer Guidance Team at Bergzeit to enhance customer journey. Strategic development of digital consulting quality and optimization of onsite experience throughout.
Responsibilities
- Lead the five-member Customer Guidance team
- Responsible for the strategic development of digital consulting quality across the customer journey
- Optimize the customer journey and onsite experience together with the team
- Manage content cross-functionally and set quality standards
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, especially in AI, automation, personalization, and segmentation
- Consolidate relevant insights through active collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous change processes within the team
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in digital consulting, customer guidance, project management, and leadership
- Agile leadership style and a desire to further develop your team
- Structured, analytical, reliable, and independent working style
- Strong affinity for outdoor and mountain sports and the related product range
- Solid sales and consulting expertise
- Knowledge of UX design and UX research expertise
- Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills
- Proficient in MS Office
