Projektmanager leading the implementation of a Warehouse Management System for Bergzeit, a logistics firm. Responsible for coordinating with partners and supporting system development.
Responsibilities
Coordinate external service providers and liaise with internal IT
Collaborate with the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics
Support the selection process for a new WMS provider
Take responsibility for successful project delivery from planning through go-live
Provide support and further development of the system after go-live
Requirements
You have vocational training or a degree in logistics, business administration, or engineering
Several years of experience (3–5 years) in maintaining and implementing WMS systems, ideally in 3rd-level support
Practical experience in logistics, especially with AUTOSTORE systems
Strong process understanding — IT knowledge is helpful but not required
Strong analytical skills and project management competence
Experience coordinating vendors and working with interdisciplinary teams
