- Propose technical solutions to ensure that functional and non-functional requirements are met
- Interview internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct requirements elicitation and system specification analysis, identifying implementation risks
- Serve as a technical reference, resolving complex issues and contributing to the evolution of the systems area
- Define the product backlog and ensure refinement
- Define development team activities
- Define release content and schedules
- Monitor the team's activities
- Validate the team's deliverables
- Present deliverables to clients
- Have in-depth knowledge of the Benner system routines relevant to the role
- Provide the necessary documentation for the team to develop and deliver the proposed objectives
- Follow the development and system change standards defined by Benner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
- Experience with corporate management systems (ERP)
- Knowledge of the oil & gas sector will be a differential/plus
