About the role
- Data Science Trainee involved in developing advanced analytics and AI solutions to improve Beneva's products and services. Collaborating with senior data scientists to propose innovative data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions to improve Beneva's products and services
- Work closely with the team and internal partners to propose data-driven advanced analytics and AI solutions
- Explore new approaches to improve our models' performance and propose value-added solutions for our partners
- Apply your knowledge of statistics, programming, and machine learning to develop solutions from real-world data
- Extract, organize, explore, and clean data from multiple different sources
- Bridge the gap between state-of-the-art machine learning research and enterprise applications
- Present and communicate the concepts and results of the solutions explored
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral program in computer science, mathematics, statistics, business intelligence, or an equivalent field in advanced analytics or artificial intelligence
- Strong interest in developing advanced analytics and AI solutions
- Experience in data manipulation and data preparation
- Proficiency in R or Python
- Familiarity with one or more of the following concepts: regression, time series, neural networks, classification or regression trees, Bayesian inference, clustering, machine learning techniques, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written
