About the role
- Lead Product Data Scientist responsible for product analytics and insights for Lendable's Zable app. Engage in experimentation and strategic conversations to shape product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Drive Product Analytics including understanding user behavior and identifying growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain key product metrics and reporting frameworks.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into user behaviour and life cycle patterns.
- Own the A/B testing process from design to recommendations.
- Partner with product managers to embed data into decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within a product-led or high-growth tech environment.
- Hands-on experience with dbt and familiarity with data modelling best practices.
- High proficiency in SQL and strong proficiency in data analysis in Python.
- Strong statistical rigour, applying appropriate methods to ensure reliable insights.
- Highly skilled in experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and causal inference.
- Experience building metrics, dashboards and reporting infrastructure.
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured and data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication skills with experience influencing stakeholders.
