Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support, preferably within a trading or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of trading systems, platforms, and operational workflows.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in relevant programming/scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
Solid communication skills to effectively interact with traders and technical teams.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with ITIL best practices is an advantage.
