Responsibilities
- Transform large volumes of data into insights to support strategic decision-making;
- Review and optimize existing dashboards, ensuring data reliability and consistency;
- Create new indicators and automated dashboards with a focus on performance, cost control, and incident prevention in Telecom/TEM;
- Monitor voice, data, and dialer KPIs, identifying anomalies and improvement opportunities;
- Perform data extraction, ETL, and data modeling (SQL/Python/R), ensuring dashboards remain up to date;
- Automate data routines and perform integrations with partner systems;
- Support internal and external audits;
- Translate the needs of internal users and vendors into clear analytical and visual solutions;
- Recommend process improvements and present analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field;
- Solid experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), including creation of interactive and automated dashboards;
- Hands-on experience across the full data lifecycle: extraction, ETL, modeling, analysis, and presentation of results;
- Advanced SQL (extraction, modeling, and query optimization);
- Advanced analytical skills;
- Experience with data integration and handling large data volumes;
- Autonomous, critical-thinking profile with commitment and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Telecom infrastructure (TCP/IP networks, Linux, SIP PBX, SBC, dialers);
- Experience automating data routines and processes (Python/R + APIs);
- Experience with audits and compliance in Telecom/TEM environments;
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA).
