About the role
- Business Intelligence Analyst II responsible for gathering and analyzing data for actionable insights. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop analytics solutions and support strategic decisions at Cox Automotive.
Responsibilities
- Gather, transform, and analyze data to deliver actionable insights
- Develop scalable analytics solutions and translate findings into data narratives
- Manage full project lifecycle with minimal oversight, including data manipulation, dashboard development, and report generation
- Communicate requirements and deliver value-added solutions with cross-functional teams
- Apply industry-standard Business Intelligence methodologies and ensure adherence to data governance protocols
- Monitor data integrity, efficiency, and availability
- Establish and manage project plans, delivery timelines, and communication with stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Domo, SQL, and Excel
- Familiarity with project management concepts and agile methodologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must clear a pre-employment drug test
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
