Responsibilities
Lead strategic workforce planning to align workforce capabilities with current and future business strategy.
Design and govern Belden’s enterprise-wide talent strategy and policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Drive succession planning and talent reviews to ensure a strong and diverse pipeline of future-ready leaders.
Oversee the global performance management cycle, ensuring consistency, fairness, and meaningful outcomes.
Build and evolve career frameworks and competency models that enable career progression and talent mobility.
Drive initiatives that support internal mobility and create clear pathways for employees to grow within Belden.
Lead efforts to identify, assess, and accelerate development of high-potential employees at all levels.
Ensure individual Career Development Plans and succession plans are actively managed and executed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant experience in talent management, workforce planning, and performance management.
Proven ability to influence and partner with executives and senior leaders across functions.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and executive presence skills.
