Requirements
- 3-5 years in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field; experience in consulting or global/matrixed environments preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience with internal communications and change communications
- Ability to refine and apply narratives across formats and channels, while retaining consistent messaging
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint site buildout and information architecture
- Familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools) a plus
- Comfortable working across ambiguity, taking ownership, and confidently challenging senior stakeholders
