About the role

Responsibilities
- You manage all incoming invoices and supporting documents: you check, sort, scan and correctly record them in DATEV
- You handle the finance department’s physical and digital mailboxes
- You maintain the dunning process and take care of outstanding receivables
- You process customer tickets related to payment issues
- You prepare the bookkeeping so that the auditor can take over at any time
- You ensure that all accounting documents are uploaded to DATEV completely, correctly and on time
- You keep our receivables under control by actively managing collections and consistently following up on arrears
- You structure and digitize the finance department’s incoming mail and email inbox
Requirements
- Certified financial accountant
- DATEV certificate course (e.g., document management, Unternehmen online)
- Initial experience in financial accounting (Fibu) or accounting is an advantage
- Confident use of digital tools, ideally with DATEV experience
- Independent, reliable and structured working style
- Attention to detail, discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
