Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop and optimize tailored software architectures for different clients and business processes
- Develop and evaluate technical concepts, advise clients and coordinate solutions
- Take the lead in development and coach your team in implementation
- Act as the primary point of contact responsible for successful technical delivery
- Ensure the long-term viability of our solutions within clients' IT landscapes—from existing systems to cloud and microservices
- Use your expertise to identify technical complexity and work with your team and the client to reduce it
- Provide technical leadership for a team of 5–10 colleagues across all areas—from requirements analysis through development to Go Live and DevOps.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally in client-facing projects
- Successfully led teams as a lead developer or as a technical architect in projects
- Experience developing object-oriented software architectures in Java
- Good knowledge of standards and methods for software architecture design, i.e., the IT design of application systems and web applications
- University degree in computer science or a comparable field with an IT focus
- Good German and English language skills
