Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience with **Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations or Business Central)**.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
- Experience with integrations (APIs, ERP, SAP, third-party systems).
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery environments.
