About the role
- Senior Integration Engineer responsible for developing Proxy Service for legacy HR systems migration. Working remotely with occasional travel to Lima, Peru, for client collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Diseñar y desarrollar un robusto Proxy Service (Java 17+ / Spring Boot) que actúa como la nueva "Fuente de Verdad" entre las aplicaciones heredadas antiguas y el nuevo sistema de Recursos Humanos y Nómina
- Implementar limpieza estricta de datos y transformación
- Asegurar que el Proxy Service proporcione datos en un formato que las aplicaciones heredadas comprenden, incluso al migrar el almacenamiento subyacente a infraestructura moderna en la nube
- Analizar procedimientos almacenados SQL no documentados y esquemas de base de datos para entender exactamente qué datos están leyendo las aplicaciones satélites
- Implementar Circuit Breakers, lógica de reintentos y almacenamiento en caché
Requirements
- 8+ años de experiencia en desarrollo backend
- Especialización en Integración de Sistemas, Desacoplamiento de Legado, Migraciones y Patrones de Resiliencia
- Experiencia con Java 17+ y el Ecosistema de Spring
- Experiencia en patrones de resiliencia, limitación de tasa y procesamiento asíncrono
- Capacidad de comunicar técnicamente en Español
- Inglés profesional
