About the role

• Baufinanzierungsprofi oder Bankkaufmann*frau bei Baufi24 zur Bearbeitung von Finanzierungsanfragen für Kunden. Arbeiten mit digitalen Tools und flexiblen Arbeitsmodellen in Festanstellung oder Selbstständigkeit.

Responsibilities

• You handle qualified financing inquiries and manage them independently through to completion.
• You develop financing solutions — tailored, digitally supported and with access to over 500 banking partners.
• You work with digital tools such as FinLink and always keep an overview of your processes.
• You advise independently, in a structured way and professionally up to date — with attention to interest rates, subsidies and market trends.

Requirements

• You are familiar with mortgage financing — from banking, building-savings sales or platform business.
• You bring experience, work autonomously, think entrepreneurially and enjoy closing deals.
• Digital tools such as eHyp or comparable systems are familiar to you — or you have the drive to learn them quickly.
• A qualification in banking, insurance or real estate (or a comparable background) rounds off your profile.
