Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial operations, automation, process engineering or industrial technology.
- Practical, hands-on experience on the shop floor, with direct interaction with operational teams.
- Knowledge of:
- - Industrial automation and control systems
- - Continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects
- - Industrial data collection and analysis
- Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects involving operations, engineering and IT.
- Analytical, organized and critical-thinking profile.
- Genuine interest in technology and the transformation of the industrial and food sectors.
- Experience in the food, beverage or consumer goods industries.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and practices.
- Knowledge of industrial systems (e.g., MES, MII, SCADA, PLCs).
- Experience with automation, robotics or industrial digitization projects.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM).
