Responsibilities
Provide effective, collaborative, and high-quality support to fee earners.
Provide administrative support to fee earners and the wider team.
Assist with matter opening, billing, and general file management.
Support fee earners and get involved in legal work where appropriate.
Act as team cover and provide float support across departments as needed.
Manage and maintain case management systems and ensure data accuracy.
Support with the coordination of client-related documents and correspondence.
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or Team Assistant role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Confident communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
Good IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience using case management systems.
Minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grade 5/C or above), including English Language and Maths.
