Define and evolve Bask & Lather’s social content framework.
Serve as the steward of brand voice, tone, and point of view across every social touchpoint.
Lead ideation, planning, and execution of social-first campaigns, launches, and key moments.
Develop social narratives that resonate culturally while supporting brand and business objectives.
Own community engagement strategy and standards across all platforms.
Monitor sentiment, feedback, and cultural signals to inform content and brand decisions.
Own organic social KPIs, reporting, and performance analysis.
Lead, mentor, and set standards for the social team.
Requirements
5+ years of social media and content marketing experience for consumer, beauty, lifestyle, or cultural brands.
Demonstrated success leading organic social strategy with measurable impact.
Strong portfolio showing campaign-level thinking, storytelling, and creative direction.
Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership preferred.
Strong creative point of view beyond trends.
Proven ability to develop brand narratives and campaign storytelling.
Excellent copy instincts and visual judgment.
Comfortable directing content and appearing on camera when needed.
Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
