Responsibilities
Promote a consistent brand voice
Build an active social media community
Plan, produce, and publish creative content for social media channels
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness
Define target audiences for each social media channel
Develop weekly content calendars for B2B and B2C audiences
Monitor trends, current topics, and developments across social networks
Perform monthly monitoring of brand mentions, hashtags, keywords, and search queries
Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns
Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns
Requirements
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a comparable qualification
Approximately 5 years of professional experience
Experience in copywriting and content writing
Strong proofreading skills
Proficiency with camera operation and lighting
Ability to independently produce short videos and photos
Experience in social media management
Experience with social media and analytics tools
Sensitivity to trends, target audiences, digital communication, and visual aesthetics
Creativity in developing content and campaigns
Basic knowledge of image and video editing
Willingness to travel to provide on-site support for projects, campaigns, or events
