About the role
- Consultant for Automation solutions focusing on cloud and on-premises configurations with client workshops and project management responsibilities. Collaborate on cloud automation tools using Azure technologies.
Responsibilities
- Designing and conducting client workshops and pre-sales activities
- Project management
- Architecture design and documentation of complex on-premises and/or cloud automation solutions
- Strategic decision-making regarding products and technologies
- Implementation of cloud automations using: Azure Automation, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate
- On-premises automations using PowerShell and batch scripts
- System Center Orchestrator (SCO)
- Windows OS features (e.g., Scheduled Tasks)
- On-premises and cloud automations using the Microsoft Graph API (PowerShell / C# SDK)
- Exchange Online PowerShell module
- Active Directory PowerShell module
- SharePoint Online Management Shell
- Technical project implementation, operational management, and troubleshooting
- Maintenance and expansion of system documentation
- Capturing, organizing, and documenting user requirements (requirement engineering)
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS
- Strong knowledge of a Windows scripting language (PowerShell preferred)
- Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas: HTTP/REST services, Microsoft Graph API, Exchange Online PowerShell module, Git, Azure DevOps, Azure Automation, Functions, or Logic Apps
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification is an advantage
- Knowledge of the .NET platform and one of its languages (C#, F# or VB)
- Knowledge of cloud microservices (Azure preferred)
- Consulting experience is an advantage
