Responsibilities
Manage incoming client inquiries via email and phone
Prepare proposals, presentations, and formal tender documents
Support cost calculations, budget alignment, and pricing structures
Coordinate with international BARE offices on pricing matters
Support contract preparation and ensure all follow-up steps are completed
Provide Operations with full account start-up documentation
Track project specific changes and assess financial implications
Generate essential reports for forecasting, analysis, and budgeting
Provide CRM and administrative support to the BD team
Join client meetings and contribute to event-related tasks as needed
Perform additional Business Development tasks as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in Customer Experience research or Mystery Shopping is a plus
Prior Sales or Business Development experience is advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including advanced Excel
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Fluency in at least one additional European language
Strong understanding of consultancy services and industry dynamics
Ability to build strong internal stakeholder relationships
