Responsibilities
You guide new customers through onboarding, respond to support inquiries, and ensure they get started successfully with BarBrain.
You assist with creating customer products and structuring inventory areas so our users can start right away.
You help improve internal processes and independently execute small projects.
You work closely with Operations and Sales to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Requirements
Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) — field of study flexible
Eager to take on responsibility and contribute to a growing SaaS startup
Structured work style and quick grasp of new concepts
Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM systems)
Communicative, service-oriented, and reliable
Advantage: Prior experience in Customer Success, hospitality, or startups
