Responsibilities
Take inbound calls answering questions from providers and their staff members
Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction with a goal of first call resolution
Receive, document, research and respond to provider inquiries and escalated calls
Work cohesively with appropriate parties to ensure delivery of outstanding customer service
Identify and resolve managed care issues concerning claims, contract interpretation, utilization management
Assist internal departments in resolving provider appeals
Requirements
At least 3+ years of high-volume call center experience
At least 3+ years of healthcare experience, including knowledge of billing, coding, medical claims
Must live in Tucson or Phoenix area
