Responsibilities
- Analyzing day-to-day issues and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit
- Building new procedures and completing complex non-routine analytics
- Creating reports and reviewing exception testing and processing
- Supporting continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends
- Reviewing and processing all work for the Automated Investment (Sweep) product
- Responsible for reading, analyzing and determining the appropriate handling and resolution of requests
- Working with business partners and clients to provide resolution to inquiries and technical support
- Processing/verifying account set ups and maintenance for Sweep
- Assigning incoming work and assisting with audit reviews and regulatory reporting
- Conducting simple/complex research and providing timely responses to inquiries
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in banking and/or treasury management services
- Intermediate proficiency in written and verbal communications
- Working knowledge of tax forms and 1099's
- Mainframe, GFS, OBA experience
- Previous positions must have included solid customer contact
- Ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries
- PC proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experienced in writing and modifying procedures
- Strong business partnering and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated; able to work unsupervised
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills
- Able to ask critical questions to identify opportunities
- Manages risk effectively
