About the role
- Investment Product Analyst managing distribution processes for fixed income products at Banco Sofisa. Collaborating on product development and engaging with financial partners for optimal solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full distribution process for fixed income products on the Sofisa Direto platform;
- Contribute to the prospecting, evaluation, and approval process for new issuers (bank and non-bank);
- Curate fixed income products on the mobile app and website;
- Prepare materials to support complex discussions and contribute to a structured decision-making process;
- Monitor and support revenue management for fixed income products;
- Actively participate in negotiations with partners (internal and external) to secure the best product solutions for clients;
- Participate in the creation of new products, from initial alignment and development to implementation and measurement of results;
- Contribute to improving operational process efficiency together with the operations team, with a focus on scaling the operation and reducing operational risks;
- Produce sales materials and selling arguments to support all distribution teams;
- Create and maintain manuals and procedures for the team’s routines;
- Monitor and map competitor offerings to identify product opportunities;
Requirements
- Knowledge of fixed income instruments;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- CPA-20 or CEA certification;
- Knowledge of investment products regulation (ANBIMA and CVM);
- Familiarity with fixed income settlement routines;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Enthusiasm, an ownership mindset, and a data-driven approach to work;
- Entrepreneurial profile;
- Knowledge of suitability and asset allocation processes (advantage);
- Knowledge of other investment products (funds, Tesouro Direto/government bonds, and exchange-traded assets) (advantage);
