About the role
- Tender- & Bouwteammanager at BAM Infra Civiel responsible for managing tender processes from start to finish. Leading teams and collaborating with clients to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige tenderproces, van teamsamenstelling tot aanbieding.
- Je stuurt het tenderteam aan, bestaande uit medewerkers van verschillende afdelingen binnen BAM en haar partners.
- Tijdens klantgesprekken ben jij in de lead.
- Bij een succesvolle inschrijving blijf je betrokken in de bouwteamfase om continuïteit en samenwerking te waarborgen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de projectmanager die het stokje richting realisatie overneemt.
Requirements
- Je beschikt over minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding.
- Je hebt minimaal 8 jaar ervaring binnen de (civiele) sector, met sterke affiniteit voor commercie en techniek.
- Je hebt ruime ervaring met tendertrajecten en verschillende contractvormen, waaronder samenwerkingsgerichte contracten zoals bouwteams.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen thema’s als duurzaamheid, energietransitie en mobiliteit.
- Je bent ondernemend, oplossingsgericht en je hebt een sterke focus op het behalen van resultaat.
- Je hebt sterke commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden en weet hoe je jouw team kan organiseren en motiveren.
