Responsibilities
Delivering winning bids for the energy sector in England and Wales
Lead on complex or JV bids with clear communication lines
Ensure agreement in place for Joint Venture bids
Establish bid resource needs prior to commencing
Drive and energise the bid team to achieve successful outcomes for tenders
Manage tender programme and internal meetings
Agree bid budget and monitor expenditure
Communicate/share bid strategy with the bid team
Oversee production of stage‑gate documentation
Requirements
Strong knowledge of the UK Construction market
Good communication skills
Degree, HND in Civil Engineering or NVQ equivalent level (desirable)
Successful experience in Civil Engineering to Project/ Contract Manager level (desirable)
Bid Management training/ qualification (Shipley/ APMP or equivalent) (desirable)
Professionally qualified to Chartered Engineer or equivalent level (desirable)
