About the role
- HSE Advisor working on complex residential construction projects at BAM Wonen. Ensuring safety, health, and environmental standards are met throughout all project phases.
Responsibilities
- Het uitvoeren van dagelijkse HSE-rondes en het signaleren van risico’s en onveilige situaties
- Het aanspreken en coachen van medewerkers op veilig en verantwoord gedrag
- Het ondersteunen van dagstarts, toolboxen en andere HSE-momenten om bewustzijn en betrokkenheid te vergroten
- Het adviseren over werkplannen, werkmethodieken en risicobeheersing gedurende alle projectfasen
- Het stimuleren en implementeren van HSE-innovaties binnen BAM Wonen
- Het bewaken van naleving van HSE-standaarden en het initiëren van verbeteracties.
Requirements
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding en enkele jaren ervaring als HSE-adviseur
- Ervaring met complexe woningbouw- of utiliteitsprojecten, bij voorkeur binnenstedelijke hoogbouw
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om gedragsverandering te stimuleren
- Actuele kennis van HSE-wetgeving, V&G-regelgeving en innovaties in de markt, gecombineerd met analytisch vermogen om werkmethodieken en risico’s te doorgronden
- Het talent om verbinding te maken en vertrouwen te winnen op alle niveaus.
