Responsibilities
Record, manage and track all incoming and outgoing nuclear regulatory correspondence
Administer the Corporate Correspondence Database and support system testing of NDMS‑related digital tools
Update controlled documentation, including the Devonport Royal Dockyard Site Licence Manual, and prepare weekly correspondence status reports
Administer and support users of the Nuclear Documentation Management System (NDMS)
Support the Regulatory Interface Coordination Cell by maintaining documentation, supporting audits, and providing assistance during peak periods
Requirements
Strong administrative and coordination experience within a complex, process‑driven or regulated environment (defence, nuclear, aerospace, rail, energy or similar)
Experience working with document control systems and databases, with the ability to manage sensitive correspondence and maintain accurate records
Skilled at producing reports, updating controlled documents and supporting audits
High attention to detail and confidence following strict processes and procedures
Ability to support testing and troubleshooting of digital tools and systems
GCSE English and Maths at Grade C / 4–5 or equivalent
NVQ Level 3 or Level 3 qualification in Business and Administration or Customer Service Practitioner
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role
