About the role
- Scrum Master guiding teams through agile transformation processes in software development. Involved in project goal definition, technical requirement clarification, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events and introduce appropriate methods and tools
- Support the team in working autonomously and in a self-organized manner
- Promote open communication, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Clarify technical requirements and define project objectives
- Take responsibility for validating, reviewing, and accepting deliverables
- Responsible for software quality and ensuring adherence to budget and timely delivery
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in software development within a larger mid-sized company or corporate environment
- Solid Scrum knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in agile environments
- Clear communication, confident presence, and a self-organized working style
- Ability to motivate teams and support constructive problem solving
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Ideally experience with Jira/Confluence and a Scrum certification (e.g., PSM)
- Encourage personal responsibility, self-organization, and an innovative spirit within the team
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
