Responsibilities
Plan internal communication materials (mailings, intranet, and other formats) to target different audiences, from field technicians and site managers to administrative departments
Independently plan, manage and execute cross-media marketing activities (e.g., digital campaigns, social media, technical articles, etc.)
Content marketing: produce audience-appropriate content for various platforms and maintain relevant content in the CMS
Project management for internal and external events and trade shows, from planning through follow-up
Create and maintain professional presentation materials for different stakeholders
Work closely with management, business units and external agencies and service providers
Monitor current trends (e.g., digitalization, AI, new content formats) and provide input for innovative communication approaches
Requirements
Degree in marketing, communications or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in marketing or corporate communications
Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and CMS systems
A flair for visual storytelling and audience-targeted communication
Structured, independent and proactive working style, with strong organizational skills
High flexibility, openness to change and resilience
You are persuasive with an open and communicative personality and enjoy working in a team
