Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end marketing execution for SIs and OEMs in EMEA
Drive campaigns, communications, and engagement motions that deliver pipeline, influenced bookings, and new logo acquisition
Develop targeted co‑marketing initiatives for strategic partners
Support the creation and delivery of content, messaging, and partner‑facing enablement
Lead the EMEA SI communication stream (newsletters, updates, program launches)
Strengthen partner engagement through relevant, timely, and actionable content
Work with OEM sales leaders to promote co‑branded AVEVA + OEM solutions on CONNECT
Build campaigns that lift awareness, engagement, and demand for integrated solutions
Act as the EMEA subject‑matter advocate for SI and OEM value within internal planning and alignment cycles
Educate Field Marketing teams on the role SI and OEM partners can play in driving regional demand
Requirements
Strong experience in B2B partner or channel marketing, ideally with System Integrators and/or OEMs
Proven ability to build programs from scratch and work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Strong business acumen with a focus on pipeline, bookings, and measurable growth impact
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling partner-facing messaging and ability to present in meetings
Solid analytical mindset; strong proficiency with Excel required, PowerBI a plus
Experience with Salesforce, Marketo needed
Fluent in English (written and spoken), German a plus
