About the role
- Developer responsible for SAP Commerce Cloud solutions. Involves development, maintenance and collaboration in a corporate e-commerce environment.
Responsibilities
- The role involves designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-level e-commerce solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
- Main responsibilities include building scalable features, integrating with SAP and third-party systems, and ensuring high performance and security in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Develop and maintain custom modules and extensions on SAP Commerce Cloud using Java and the Spring Framework.
- Implement and customize B2B/B2C accelerators, OCC APIs and other relevant technologies.
- Configure and manage product catalogs, pricing, promotions and workflows.
- Customize OCC APIs.
- Integrate SAP Commerce Cloud with backend systems (payment gateways, PIM, OMS).
- Design and develop APIs and data flows for real-time and batch integrations.
- Perform code reviews, apply best practices and ensure high standards of performance and security.
- Write unit, integration and performance tests.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, QA engineers and DevOps teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Investigate and fix regressions and optimize system performance.
- Stay up to date on Hybris and e-commerce trends and new technologies to apply modern practices and tools.
- Document the technical design of implementations and configurations.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java/JEE, Spring Framework and RESTful services.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) architecture, data modeling and extension mechanisms.
- Familiarity with Backoffice, Impex and SOLR.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and deploying to the cloud (SAP Commerce Cloud on public cloud environments).
- Experience with JRebel is a plus.
- Experience with demand and project management tools, preferably Jira.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle shifting priorities.
