Responsibilities
- Deliver billable consulting services.
- Participate in the full project life cycle, taking ideas from concept through full deployment.
- Use technical competence and implementation experience to develop functional and technical solution skills.
- Own and lead the delivery of short and medium-sized client projects.
- Develop customer relationship and expectation management skills by independently working with customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members both internally and with customers.
- Ensure a solid understanding of business objectives associated with projects and/or programs to which they are assigned.
- Demonstrate influence towards positive outcomes, internally and externally with customers.
- Help Automation Consultants to continue to develop new talent by mentoring placement students and interns.
Requirements
- Experience using at least two of the following programming languages; Java, JavaScript, Python, C, C#, C++, and Matlab
- Experience of Atlassian software and AWS
- A relevant and strong degree within a STEM based subject, 2:1 minimum
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver to strict deadlines
- The passion to learn new skills and procedures in order to be an effective member of the team
- A knowledge of and interest in the software development lifecycle
