Responsibilities
Be responsible for monitoring and analyzing commercial negotiation processes to ensure they follow company standards, recommending to the Superintendent the actions needed to optimize and improve the utilization of the products offered to our clients.
Research sources for potential client contacts to initiate new proposals.
Maintain the CRM to manage leads and analyze the performance of accounts in the portfolio.
Seek referrals from clients and personal networks to generate new business.
Analyze client situations to develop a strategic plan of action.
Contact clients to schedule commercial presentation meetings.
Visit clients periodically to prospect new business and support improvements in their sales performance through our solutions.
Conduct market studies and compare them with the client's commercial analysis.
Periodically follow up on the status of commercial proposals with clients.
Collect client information for the preparation of service contracts. Prepare reports on negotiations and their progress for management and executive review.
Measure clients' sales volumes to help drive expected results.
Provide training to client teams on specific requirements to ensure proper use of the system.
Requirements
Experience in the trucks, trailers and implements segment
Bachelor's degree
Experience as a commercial manager and/or account manager
