About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the execution of hiring and termination procedures, including collection, verification and organization of documents.
- Perform employee registrations and updates in HR and payroll systems.
- Assist with inconsistencies in the time and attendance system (clock-ins, adjustments and period closings).
- Support benefits administration (enrollments, removals and reconciliations).
- Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital personnel files.
- Provide support in retrieving labor documentation for legal processes and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields.
- Previous experience in operational personnel/Payroll routines.
- Experience with electronic timekeeping and onboarding processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and/or SAP is a plus.
- Organized and responsible, with strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
