About the role
- Implementation Project Manager driving onboarding and launch of strategic enterprise partnerships for AURA's emergency response platform. Coordinating across technical and commercial teams to ensure successful deployments.
Responsibilities
- Own Enterprise Implementations
- Lead the successful onboarding and launch of AURA’s largest and most strategic partners
- Take ownership of the full implementation journey: Contract → Integration/solution build → Launch
- Align and Lead Stakeholders across multiple organisations and disciplines
- Identify and align key decision-makers
- Maintain structured project tracking and reporting
- Drive Momentum and Accountability by ensuring projects move forward
- Coordinate Technical Integrations with Product, Tech and Customer Success teams
- Create Win-Win Outcomes by structuring engagements that lead to mutual accountability and shared success
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Project Management
- Experience managing complex enterprise B2B projects
- Strong understanding of technical integrations or SaaS platforms
- Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups across organisations
- Exceptional people skills to build trust and drive shared outcomes
- Ability to lead through influence at all levels, rather than formal authority
- Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups is highly valuable
