- Managing equipment suppliers to meet official agreement of Spec on Web requirement
- Defining and executing equipment and process qualification requirement including DOE/trials, sample size, lab/rel. support requirement, tool release proposal, etc.
- Meeting all committed timeline of each key milestone
- Documentation of all key learnings of sourcing inspection
Requirements
- Process engineering’s experience in IC-Substrate, HDI-PCB, or PCB tool vendors
- Degree from university or higher technical college
- Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of experiments
- Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP
- Good analytical skills with attention to details
- Good stress management skills
- Fluent written and oral English
- Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred
- Willingness to travel and stay abroad for a certain time
- Good team working spirit and leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)
