Responsibilities
Lead development and delivery of software and product innovation initiatives, aligning engineering execution with client and firm strategy
Own engagement relationships, managing expectations and translating business objectives into product roadmaps and delivery plans
Direct cross-functional teams in designing and building scalable solutions using modern languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#.NET) and application frameworks
Oversee enterprise application integration, APIs, and microservices architecture to enable interoperability and business agility
Institutionalize quality practices, including ATDD, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards
Drive CI/CD adoption to improve release velocity, reliability, and operational efficiency
Lead rigorous business requirements analysis to confirm alignment with industry standards and engagement goals
Establish and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, estimates, commitments, and risk mitigation
Mentor and develop junior talent, elevating team capability in product strategy, engineering discipline, and project management
Champion innovative technologies and continuous improvement to enhance product performance, user experience, and business impact.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in Engineering Product Management for each missing year of college is required
At least 12 years of experience
Advanced proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, along with completing PMP, CSM, and/or PRINCE2 certifications
Experience applying ATDD and CI/CD practices to improve software quality, release speed, and delivery predictability
Experience enabling seamless integration and scalable solutions with API management and microservices architecture
Demonstrated capability in business process improvement and management, aligning product execution to organizational goals
Financial acumen, including effective budget oversight and resource management across multiple initiatives
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into informed product and program decisions
Proven ability to manage engagement relationships with a focus on service excellence and stakeholder alignment
Leadership capability to inspire and guide teams toward program objectives, resolve conflicts, and sustain performance in dynamic environments.
