Responsibilities
Lead technical discussions with existing customers to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and provide budgetary quotations.
Collaborate with internal teams to guide customers on design choices, stack-ups, materials, and manufacturability.
Promote AT&S solutions to drive cross- and up-selling initiatives and support opportunity closure during late-stage development engagements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requirements, and projects within the CRM system.
Capture market insights from customer feedback and share relevant trends with internal stakeholders to inform strategy.
Document customer technology roadmaps and align them with AT&S capabilities through close coordination with internal teams.
Requirements
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field.
5+ years experience in technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles, preferably in PCB or electronics manufacturing.
Strong understanding of PCB technologies and manufacturing processes.
Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to identify future trends and relationships.
Fluent in written and verbal English and German.
